Use one swipe per armpit - this deodorant is strong and effective and should not be over-applied. The deodorant works by drying out the skin to reduce sweating. If over-applied, it will over-dry the skin and may cause irritation. Not for sensitive skin.

How do I refill the tubes?
- To remove the capsule that's in there - turn counter-clockwise and lift it out of the tube. Don't forget to recycle it once you clean out any deodorant residue inside.
- Place the new capsule inside the outer tube.
- Press down and turn it clockwise until it clicks. Once it clicks, it is locked into place.
- Remove the inner cap lid and twist the tube upwards from the bottom (counter-clockwise). The deodorant will rise up as you twist it.
